Embedded StudioはWindows, macOS X, LinuxをユーザクライアントPCとして利用する事が可能です。ユーザ様の開発に利用するプラットフォームを自由に選ぶ事ができます。

CPU: クロックスピード1GHz以上のCPU、RAM: 1GB以上、HDD:空き容量1GB以上、USB: 2.0（J-Linkシリーズの接続が可能）

Linux環境用インストール：

① Download and extract the setup to a folder on disk.
$ cd ~/Downloads
$ wget http://www.segger.com/downloads/embedded-studio/EmbeddedStudio_ARM_Linux_x64
$ tar -xzvf EmbeddedStudio_ARM_Linux_x64

② Go to the extracted folder and execute the setup.
$ cd arm_segger_embedded_studio_<xxx>_linux_x64
$ sudo ./install_segger_embedded_studio

For installation on headless systems, such as build servers, run the setup in command line mode.
$ sudo ./install_segger_embedded_studio --copy-files-to <DestinationFilder>
